Update from the Board

Neighbors,

We wanted to provide an update on the neighborhood and provide some relevant information for you.

One of the things the HOA board does is field questions about the covenants from members in the neighborhood. The most frequent complaints for covenant violations include:

●      Trash cans left outside (Article VI, Section 8)

●      Yard maintenance / regular mowing (Article VI, Section 13)

●      Boats and trailers parked outside (Section Article VI, Sections 6&7)

We will have an annual meeting on October 4 2022 at 6:00 p.m. under the white awning in the park on the east side of the lake. Please plan to attend.
