Here are the current projects and timelines for the neighborhood!

Fountain Repairs: $10,000 with a July 2021 completion date

Sprinklers on Elk Ridge Drive: $25,000 with an August/September 2021 completion Date

Tree Replacement on Elk Ridge Drive: $3,000 with a September/October 2021 completion date

Bridge Repair: $1,000 with a June 21 completion date

Holiday Lights at entrance: $2500 with a Fall 2021 completion date

Mowing along school sidewalk: $1000 ongoing through summer and fall of 2021

Snow removal on trails: cost is TBD in the winter of 2021

Signs will be added soon to the landscaping in the roundabout urging people to please stay out of that area. I realize it often looks like the set of an Indiana Jones movie to the kids, but there has been a good amount of damage done over the years and it is going to cost thousands of dollars to now repair. Please try and stay out of there, as Mother Nature is hard enough on it already.

We would also like to move towards an email communication system with everyone in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the “official list” of every single family living here is missing a good portion of email contacts, maybe about 40%. We’d really like to keep everyone informed so we can keep things transparent on where that HOA due money is going and being spent. I’m afraid there’s not any easy way to let someone know if they are or are not on the email list. If you are good about including your email address with your HOA payment, then I’m sure we have you down. If you are more of a “I just send a check in” kind of person, we may need your email address. Please contact us with that info ASAP!
